Currently, the information on May is that Finland’s borders are closed.

– At the moment, you can only get to Finland for a justified reason and so far, orienteering tourism is not such a reason. It is estimated that it will be possible to open tourist traffic at the end of June, says Seppo Linjakumpu, the Secretary General of Fin5 2021- orienteering week.

– In other words, unfortunately, no certainty about entering Finland can be given yet, Linjakumpu states.

You can also check information about Finland from Re-open EU application.
